Welcome to the Paymorz User Guides. This documentation is designed to provide you with structured, actionable guidance to effectively use our platform. Here you will find everything you need, from setting up your account to managing payments, invoices, and utilising our mobile app.

2. Account Setup

This section will guide you through creating and managing your Paymorz account.

2.1. Initial Setup and Verification

2.1.1. Account Registration & Verification

To create your Paymorz account, follow these detailed steps:

Step 1: Mobile Number Entry and Verification

  • Start Registration: Visit the Paymorz sign-up page to begin the registration process.
  • Enter Mobile Number: Provide your 10-digit mobile number in the mobile input field. Ensure the number is active and accessible.
  • Send OTP: Click on "Send OTP" or "Continue" button. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile number via SMS.
  • Enter OTP: Once you receive the 6-digit OTP, enter it in the OTP input fields. The OTP input consists of 6 individual boxes for each digit.
  • Verify Mobile OTP: After entering all 6 digits, click "Verify" or the OTP will auto-verify once all fields are filled. If the OTP is incorrect or expired, you can click "Resend OTP" to receive a new code.
  • Mobile Verification Complete: Upon successful mobile verification, you will proceed to the next step of registration.

Step 2: Personal Details and Email Verification

  • Enter Personal Information: After mobile verification, you will be prompted to enter:
    • First Name: Your first name as per official documents
    • Last Name: Your last name as per official documents
    • Email Address: A valid and accessible email address
  • Submit Details: Click "Continue" or "Submit" after filling all required fields.
  • Email OTP: An OTP will be sent to your registered email address for verification.
  • Enter Email OTP: Enter the 6-digit OTP received in your email inbox in the OTP input fields.
  • Verify Email OTP: Click "Verify" or wait for auto-verification once all OTP digits are entered.
  • Resend Email OTP: If you don't receive the OTP or it expires, you can click "Resend OTP" to receive a new code.

Step 3: Subscription Purchase

  • Subscription Modal: After successful email verification, a subscription modal will automatically appear. This modal displays available subscription plans.
  • Select Plan: Choose a subscription plan from the available options. The lifetime plan is selected by default.
  • Enter Promo Code (Optional): If you have a referral code or promo code, enter it in the promo code field and click "Validate" to apply the discount.
  • Review Plan Details: Review the plan features, pricing, and duration before proceeding.
  • Click "Unlock Paymorz": Click the "Unlock Paymorz" button to proceed with payment. The button will show the final amount (after any promo code discount).
  • Razorpay Payment: A Razorpay payment gateway will open. Complete the payment using your preferred payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Payment Verification: After successful payment, the system will verify your payment. You will see a "Verifying Payment..." message.
  • Subscription Complete: Once payment is verified, your subscription will be activated and you will be redirected to the KYC verification page.

Step 4: Account Type Selection and KYC

  • Account Type Selection: After subscription purchase, you will be prompted to choose between Individual or Business account type. Note: Business account KYC is currently "Coming Soon" and not available yet.
  • KYC Verification: Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as described in the KYC section below. Currently, only Individual KYC verification is available.
  • Account Activation: Your account will be activated upon successful verification of your KYC details, typically within 24-48 hours.

2.1.2. Individual KYC Verification

For individual accounts, complete the following KYC steps:

  • Aadhaar Verification: Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
  • Aadhaar OTP Verification: Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number to verify your Aadhaar details.
  • PAN Card Verification: Enter your 10-character Permanent Account Number (PAN) card details. The PAN will be verified automatically.
  • Verification Completion: Once both Aadhaar and PAN are verified, your KYC process is complete and your account will be activated.

2.1.3. Business Account Configuration

Note: Business account KYC verification is currently "Coming Soon" and not yet available. At this time, only Individual account KYC verification is supported. Business account functionality will be available in a future update. Please check our announcements or contact support for updates on business account availability.

2.1.4. Bank Account Verification

To link and verify your bank account:

  • Navigate to Bank Accounts: Go to Dashboard > Add Bank Account or click on "Add Bank Account" from the Services section on your dashboard.
  • Enter Bank Details: Provide the account holder's name (as per bank records), account number, confirm account number, IFSC code, and bank name for the bank account you want to link.
  • Verify Account Details: Ensure all details match your bank records exactly, including the account holder name spelling.
  • OTP Verification: Click on "Verify Account" to initiate the verification process. Complete the OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number to securely link your bank account.
  • Account Verification: Once verification is successful, your bank account will be linked and you can enable fund settlement and payouts from your account. This allows you to receive payments and transfer funds.

2.2. Viewing Your Profile

2.2.1. Profile Information

Your profile information is displayed in the Settings page:

  • Access Settings: Navigate to Settings from your dashboard sidebar.
  • View Profile: Your profile information is displayed at the top of the Settings page, including:
    • Your name (first name, middle name, last name)
    • Your registered phone number
    • Profile avatar (generated from your initials)
  • Profile Display: Profile information is read-only and cannot be edited through the platform. If you need to update your profile information, please contact support at support@paymorz.com.

Note: Profile editing functionality is not currently available. Your profile information is set during registration and KYC verification. For any profile updates, please contact our support team.

3. Login and Dashboard Overview

3.1. Logging In

3.1.1. Accessing Your Account

To log in to your Paymorz account, follow these detailed steps:

Step 1: Mobile Number Entry

  • Navigate to Login: Visit the Paymorz login page.
  • Enter Mobile Number: Provide your registered 10-digit mobile number in the mobile input field. The system will automatically detect if you are an existing user or a new user.
  • Click Continue: Click "Continue" or "Send OTP" button to proceed.

Step 2: OTP Verification

  • Receive OTP: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
  • Enter OTP: Enter the 6-digit OTP in the OTP input fields. The OTP input consists of 6 individual boxes for each digit.
  • Auto-Focus: The input fields will automatically focus to the next box as you type each digit.
  • Verify OTP: After entering all 6 digits, the OTP will be automatically verified, or you can click "Verify" button.
  • Resend OTP: If you don't receive the OTP or it expires, you can click "Resend OTP" to receive a new code. Note: There may be a cooldown period between OTP requests.

Step 3: Post-Login Routing

  • Profile Check: After successful OTP verification, the system will check your profile status:
    • Subscription Status: If you don't have an active subscription, you will be prompted to purchase a subscription plan.
    • KYC Status: If your KYC is incomplete, you will be redirected to the KYC verification page.
    • Dashboard Access: If both subscription and KYC are complete, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
  • Dashboard Access: Upon successful login and verification, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you can access all features.

Note: Paymorz uses OTP-based authentication for login. There is no traditional password-based login. Your mobile number serves as your primary login credential, and OTP verification ensures secure access to your account.

3.2. Dashboard Overview

3.2.1. Understanding Your Dashboard

Your Paymorz dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your account and quick access to all features:

Main Sections:

  • Services Panel: Quick access to Pay Vendor, Send Invoice, Add Bank Account, and Add Beneficiary
  • Quick Send: Horizontal scrollable list of frequently used beneficiaries for quick payments
  • Recent Transactions: List of your most recent transactions with status indicators
  • Received Invoices: Invoices you have received that require payment
  • Sent Invoices: Invoices you have sent to others
  • Bank Accounts Panel: View and manage your linked bank accounts

Navigation:

  • Sidebar: Access Dashboard, Statistics, Beneficiary, Settings, and FAQ & Help
  • Header: View notifications, profile information, and account controls

3.2.2. Quick Actions from Dashboard

From your dashboard, you can quickly:

  • Make a Payment: Click "Pay Vendor" from Services or select a beneficiary from Quick Send
  • Send an Invoice: Click "Send Invoice" from Services
  • Add Beneficiary: Click "Add Beneficiary" from Services or the "+" button in Quick Send
  • View Statistics: Click on Statistics in the sidebar to view financial analytics
  • Manage Contacts: Click on Beneficiary in the sidebar to view all your contacts

4. Payment Processing

Learn how to send and manage payments seamlessly with Paymorz.

4.1. Sending Payments

4.1.1. Making a Payment

To send a payment through Paymorz, follow this three-step process:

Step 1: Select Beneficiary

  • Initiate Payment: Go to Dashboard > Pay Vendor or click "Pay Vendor" from the Services section.
  • Select Beneficiary:
    • Choose a beneficiary from your contacts list displayed on the left
    • Or select from recent transactions shown below the contacts
    • You can also search for a contact by name
  • Review Beneficiary Details: Verify the beneficiary's name and bank account details displayed in the right panel (Transaction Panel).

Step 2: Enter Amount and Select Service

  • Enter Payment Amount: Input the payment amount you want to send. You can use quick amount buttons (₹1,000, ₹5,000, ₹10,000, ₹50,000, ₹1,00,000) or enter a custom amount.
  • Select Service: Choose the service category for which you are making the payment from the dropdown menu. Services are dynamically loaded from your account.
  • Review Details: Verify the beneficiary name, amount, and selected service before proceeding. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Select Payment Method and Confirm

  • Review Transaction Summary: Check the transaction amount, service fee, and total amount to be debited.
  • Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wallets) from the available options displayed.
  • Select Fee Bearer: Choose whether you (sender) or the recipient will bear the transaction charges.
  • Review and Confirm: Carefully review all payment details including the recipient, amount, service, payment method, and total amount.
  • Complete Payment: Click "Pay Now" to proceed to the Razorpay payment gateway. Complete the payment using your selected payment method.
  • Payment Confirmation: Once payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation and receipt. The transaction will be reflected in your transaction history.

4.1.2. Quick Send Feature

The Quick Send feature allows you to make payments faster:

  • Access Quick Send: Quick Send is available on your Dashboard and Beneficiary pages.
  • Select Beneficiary: Click on any beneficiary from the horizontal scrollable list.
  • Automatic Navigation: You'll be automatically navigated to Pay Vendor with the beneficiary pre-selected at Step 2 (Amount Entry).
  • Complete Payment: Enter amount, select service, and proceed with payment as described above.

4.2. Payment Methods

4.2.1. Supported Payment Options

Paymorz supports a variety of payment methods through our integrated Razorpay payment gateway:

  • UPI: Unified Payments Interface (UPI) for instant bank-to-bank transfers
  • Net Banking: Direct bank transfers from your bank account
  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Diners Club, and American Express
  • Debit Cards: All major debit card networks

Payment methods are dynamically loaded based on your account configuration and the transaction amount.

4.3. Transaction Management

4.3.1. Viewing Transaction History

To view and manage your transaction history:

  • Access Transaction History:
    • View recent transactions on your Dashboard
    • Or navigate to Dashboard > Transactions section (scroll down on dashboard)
  • Filter Transactions: Use the filter button to filter transactions by:
    • Status: Successful, In Progress, Failed, or Refunded
    • Transaction Type: Amount Sent, Amount Received, Invoice Sent
    • Date Range: Recent, Today, Yesterday, or Older
    • Amount Range: Set minimum and maximum amounts
  • Transaction Details: Click on any transaction to view detailed information including transaction ID, date, time, payment method, beneficiary details, and receipt.
  • Pagination: Navigate through multiple pages of transactions using Previous/Next buttons.
  • Export Data: Export your transaction history as a PDF or XLS file for your records, accounting purposes, or tax documentation.

4.3.2. Understanding Transaction Statuses

Here's what each transaction status means:

  • In Progress: The transaction is awaiting confirmation from your payment method or bank.
  • Processing: The transaction is currently in the transfer pipeline and being processed by the payment gateway.
  • Successful: The transaction has been completed and confirmed. Funds have been transferred successfully.
  • Failed: The transaction was interrupted due to an error, insufficient funds, or timeout. No funds were deducted.
  • Refunded: The amount has been returned to your source account, typically after a cancellation or refund request.

4.3.3. Downloading Transaction Reports

To download transaction reports:

  • Navigate to Statistics: Go to Dashboard > Statistics to access your financial data and reports.
  • Select Date Range: Choose the desired date range from the time frame selector (Monthly, Weekly, Yearly, Daily, or Custom).
  • View and Export: Review the filtered transactions and export them in either PDF or XLS format for your records or accounting needs.

4.3.4. Transaction Notifications

Stay informed about your transactions:

  • View Updates: Go to the Notifications tab in your dashboard header to see all transaction updates and alerts.
  • Real-Time Alerts: Receive instant notifications on the web app or our mobile apps (Android/iOS) whenever a transaction status changes.
  • Email Notifications: Transaction alerts are also automatically sent to your registered email address for your records.
  • Types of Alerts: Notifications include transaction success confirmations, failure alerts, processing delays, and refund updates.

5. Invoice Management

Create and manage your invoices efficiently with Paymorz.

5.1. Creating and Sending Invoices

5.1.1. Sending an Invoice

To create and send an invoice, follow this three-step process:

Step 1: Select Recipient

  • Start a New Invoice: Go to Dashboard > Send Invoice or click "Send Invoice" from the Services section.
  • Select Recipient: Choose the recipient from your contacts list. You can search for a contact by name or select from the displayed contacts.
  • Review Recipient Details: Verify the recipient's name and contact information before proceeding.

Step 2: Add Invoice Details

  • Enter Invoice Title: Provide a descriptive title for your invoice (e.g., "House Rent - June 2024").
  • Select Service: Choose the service category from the dropdown menu that best describes the invoice purpose.
  • Add Line Items: Add items or services being billed with their details:
    • Particular: Description of the item or service
    • Quantity: Number of units
    • Price per Quantity: Unit price in Indian Rupees
    • GST %: Applicable GST percentage (can be 0%)
  • Add Multiple Items: Click "Add Item" to add additional line items to your invoice.
  • Automatic Calculations: Sub-totals, GST amounts, and total amounts are calculated automatically based on the line items you've added.
  • Review Invoice Summary: Verify the item total and ensure all calculations are correct before proceeding. Click "Next" to continue.

Step 3: Select Settlement Account and Send

  • Choose Settlement Account: Select the bank account where you want to receive the payment when the invoice is paid. Only verified bank accounts are available for selection.
  • Select Fee Bearer: Choose whether you (sender) or the recipient will bear the transaction charges.
  • Preview Invoice: Review all invoice details carefully, including recipient information, line items, amounts, and totals.
  • Send Invoice: Click "Send Invoice" to create and send the invoice. The system will:
    • Generate a unique invoice ID
    • Create a PDF version of the invoice
    • Send the invoice via email to the recipient with a payment link
  • Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation that the invoice has been created and sent successfully. The invoice will appear in your "Sent Invoices" section.

5.2. Invoice Processing

5.2.1. Receiving Invoice Payments

When customers receive your invoice:

  • Payment Link: Customers receive an email with a secure payment link embedded in the invoice.
  • Multiple Payment Options: Invoice links support payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking, giving customers flexibility in how they pay.
  • Direct Payment: Customers can pay directly through an embedded payment page in the invoice email, making the payment process quick and convenient.
  • Automatic Status Update: Once the payment is successfully made, the invoice status will automatically update to "Paid" in your dashboard, and you'll receive a notification.
  • Fund Settlement: Payments are settled to your selected bank account according to the settlement schedule (typically T+2 business days).

5.2.2. Managing Sent Invoices

To manage invoices you've sent:

  • View Sent Invoices: Navigate to Dashboard > Send Invoice and scroll to view your sent invoices section, or check the "Sent Invoices" panel on your dashboard.
  • Track Invoice Status: Monitor invoice views, payment statuses, and see when customers open or pay your invoices.
  • Invoice Details: Click on any invoice to view detailed information including line items, amounts, payment status, and transaction history.
  • Download Invoice: Download invoice PDFs for your records or accounting purposes.

5.2.3. Managing Received Invoices

To manage invoices you've received:

  • View Received Invoices: Navigate to Dashboard and check the "Received Invoices" panel, or go to Dashboard > Send Invoice and scroll to view your received invoices section.
  • Review Invoice Details: Click on any invoice to view complete details including line items, amounts, due dates, and payment instructions.
  • Make Payment: Click "Pay Now" on any pending invoice to proceed with payment through the secure payment gateway.
  • Payment History: Track your invoice payment history and download receipts for completed payments.

6. Beneficiary Management

Manage your contacts and beneficiaries efficiently.

6.1. Adding Beneficiaries

6.1.1. Adding a Beneficiary from Paymorz User

If the person you want to add is already a Paymorz user:

  • Access Add Beneficiary: Click "Add Beneficiary" from the Services section or the "+" button in Quick Send.
  • Enter Mobile Number: Enter the 10-digit mobile number of the person you want to add.
  • Search: Click "Search" to check if the mobile number is registered with Paymorz.
  • User Found: If the user is found:
    • Review their profile information (name, email, phone)
    • Enter a nickname for this beneficiary (minimum 2 alphabet characters)
    • Click "Add Contact" to add them to your beneficiaries list
  • User Not Found: If the user is not found, you can:
    • Add them manually by clicking "Add Manually"
    • Invite them to join Paymorz

6.1.2. Adding a Beneficiary Manually

To add a beneficiary who is not a Paymorz user:

  • Navigate to Add Beneficiary: Click "Add Beneficiary" from Services or "Add Manually" from the search result.
  • Enter Personal Details: Provide:
    • Full Name (as per bank records)
    • Mobile Number (10 digits)
    • Email Address
    • PAN Number (10 characters)
    • Beneficiary Nickname (minimum 2 alphabet characters)
  • Enter Bank Account Details: Provide:
    • Account Number
    • Confirm Account Number (must match)
    • IFSC Code (11 characters)
    • Account Holder Name (as per bank records)
  • OTP Verification: Click "Send OTP" to verify the beneficiary's mobile number. Enter the 6-digit OTP received.
  • Create Beneficiary: Click "Create Beneficiary" to add them to your contacts. You'll receive a success confirmation.

6.2. Managing Beneficiaries

6.2.1. Viewing All Beneficiaries

To view and manage all your beneficiaries:

  • Access Beneficiary Page: Click on "Beneficiary" in the sidebar navigation.
  • View All Contacts: See a complete list of all your beneficiaries with their:
    • Names and avatars
    • Phone numbers
    • Bank account details (masked)
    • Verification status
  • Quick Send: Use the Quick Send section at the top to quickly select a beneficiary for payment.
  • Select Beneficiary: Click on any beneficiary to view their transaction history and make payments.

6.2.2. Beneficiary Transaction History

To view transactions with a specific beneficiary:

  • Select Beneficiary: Click on a beneficiary from the Beneficiary page or Quick Send.
  • View Transaction Panel: A panel will slide in from the right showing:
    • Beneficiary details
    • Recent transactions with this beneficiary
    • Quick payment options
  • Transaction Details: Click on any transaction to view complete details including amount, date, status, and transaction ID.
  • Make Payment: Click "Pay Now" to initiate a new payment to this beneficiary.

7. Statistics and Analytics

Gain valuable insights into your financial data with our reporting tools.

7.1. Accessing Statistics

7.1.1. Statistics Dashboard Overview

To access your financial statistics:

  • Navigate to Statistics: Click on "Statistics" in the sidebar navigation.
  • Dashboard Layout: The statistics page is divided into:
    • Left Panel: Main statistics with charts and metrics
    • Right Panel: Detailed invoice and bank transfer lists

7.2. Financial Statistics

7.2.1. Viewing Financial Metrics

The statistics dashboard displays:

  • Time Frame Selection: Choose from:
    • Monthly: Current month's data (default)
    • Weekly: Current week's data
    • Yearly: Current year's data
    • Daily: Today's data
    • Custom: Select a custom date range
  • Key Metrics Display:
    • Total Income: Sum of all received payments and invoices
    • Total Expenses: Sum of all sent payments
    • Net Amount: Difference between income and expenses
    • Total Transactions: Count of all transactions
  • Visual Charts: Interactive charts showing:
    • Income trends over time
    • Expense trends over time
    • Transaction volume
  • Tab Switching: Toggle between "Income" and "Expenses" tabs to view respective analytics.

7.2.2. Custom Date Range

To view statistics for a custom date range:

  • Select Custom: Choose "Custom" from the time frame dropdown.
  • Date Picker: Click on the date range selector.
  • Select Dates: Choose your start date and end date from the calendar.
  • Apply: Click "Apply" to view statistics for the selected date range.
  • View Results: The dashboard will update to show statistics for your custom period.

7.3. Detailed Transaction Lists

7.3.1. Invoice Analytics

To view detailed invoice statistics:

  • Select Invoices View: Ensure "Invoices" is selected in the right panel.
  • Income Tab: View invoices you've received (income):
    • List of received invoices
    • Payment status
    • Amounts and dates
  • Expenses Tab: View invoices you've sent (expenses):
    • List of sent invoices
    • Payment status
    • Amounts and dates
  • Filter by Time: The list automatically filters based on your selected time frame.

7.3.2. Bank Transfer Analytics

To view detailed bank transfer statistics:

  • Select Bank Transfers View: Click "Bank Transfers" in the right panel.
  • Income Tab: View payments you've received:
    • List of received payments
    • Transaction details
    • Amounts and dates
  • Expenses Tab: View payments you've sent:
    • List of sent payments
    • Transaction details
    • Amounts and dates
  • Filter by Time: The list automatically filters based on your selected time frame.

7.4. Data Export

7.4.1. Exporting Statistics

To export your statistics data:

  • Navigate to Statistics: Go to Dashboard > Statistics.
  • Select Time Frame: Choose the desired time period for your export.
  • Export Options: Export options are available for:
    • Transaction lists
    • Invoice details
    • Financial summaries
  • Supported Formats: Data can be exported in PDF and XLS formats for analysis, accounting, or documentation purposes.

8. Settings and Account Management

Manage your account settings and preferences.

8.1. Accessing Settings

8.1.1. Settings Overview

To access your account settings:

  • Navigate to Settings: Click on "Settings" in the sidebar navigation.
  • Settings Sections: The settings page includes:
    • Bank Accounts: Manage your linked bank accounts
    • Profile Settings: Update personal information
    • Security Settings: Password and authentication
    • Notification Preferences: Manage notification settings
    • Refer & Earn: Referral program management
    • Subscription: Manage your subscription plan
    • Logout: Sign out of your account

8.2. Bank Account Management

8.2.1. Viewing Bank Accounts

To view and manage your bank accounts:

  • Access Bank Accounts: Go to Settings (bank accounts are shown at the top) or Dashboard > Add Bank Account.
  • View All Accounts: See a list of all your linked bank accounts with:
    • Account holder name
    • Bank name
    • Account number (masked)
    • IFSC code
    • Verification status
    • Primary account indicator
  • Account Details: Click on any bank account to view:
    • Complete account details
    • Transaction count
    • Verification status
    • Account management options

8.2.2. Managing Bank Accounts

To manage your bank accounts:

  • Set Primary Account: Click on a bank account and select "Make Primary" to set it as your default settlement account.
  • Remove Account: Click on a bank account and select "Remove Account" to unlink it from your profile.
  • Add New Account: Click "Add Bank Account" to link a new bank account (see Bank Account Verification section).

8.3. Profile Information

8.3.1. Viewing Your Profile

Your profile information is displayed in the Settings page:

  • Access Settings: Navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
  • View Profile: Your profile information is displayed at the top of the Settings page, showing:
    • Your full name (first name, middle name, last name)
    • Your registered phone number
    • Profile avatar (generated from your name initials)
  • Profile Display: Profile information is read-only and cannot be edited through the platform. This information is set during registration and KYC verification.
  • Profile Updates: If you need to update your profile information, please contact our support team at support@paymorz.com.

Note: Profile editing and password management features are not currently available in the Settings page. Your profile information is managed through the registration and KYC verification process.

8.4. Notification Preferences

8.4.1. Managing Notifications

To manage your notification preferences:

  • Access Notifications: Navigate to Settings > Notification Preferences.
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle notification preferences for:
    • Transaction alerts
    • Invoice notifications
    • Payment reminders
    • Account updates
  • Notification Channels: Choose your preferred notification methods (in-app, email, SMS).

8.5. Refer & Earn

8.5.1. Referral Program Overview

8.5.2. Accessing Refer & Earn

To access the Refer & Earn section:

  • Navigate to Settings: Click on Settings from your dashboard sidebar.
  • Open Refer & Earn: Click on Refer & Earn from the settings menu.
  • View Referral Dashboard: You will see your referral code, statistics, and redemption options.

8.5.3. Your Referral Code

  • View Your Code: Your unique referral code is displayed prominently on the Refer & Earn page in a dashed border box.
  • Copy Referral Code: Click the copy icon next to your referral code to copy it to your clipboard. The icon will change to a checkmark (✓) when copied successfully.
  • Share Your Code: Share your referral code with friends, family, or colleagues through:
    • WhatsApp: Click the "Refer Now" button to share via WhatsApp with a pre-formatted message
    • Web Share API: If available on your device, use the native share functionality
    • Manual Sharing: Copy and paste your referral code to share via any messaging platform or email

8.5.4. Understanding Referral Statistics

The Refer & Earn page displays the following statistics:

  • Total Referrals: The number of people you have successfully referred who have joined Paymorz Pro.
  • Total Rewards Earned: The cumulative amount of rewards you have earned from all successful referrals (₹250 per referral).
  • Available Balance to Redeem: The current balance available for withdrawal to your bank account. This amount must reach the minimum withdrawal threshold (₹1,000) before you can redeem.

8.5.5. How Referrals Work

  • Share Your Code: Share your unique referral code with potential users.
  • Friend Signs Up: When someone uses your referral code during signup and subscription purchase, they become your referral.
  • Instant Reward: You instantly earn ₹250 when your friend successfully purchases a subscription.
  • Balance Update: Your available balance will be updated immediately after your referral completes their subscription purchase.
  • Track Referrals: You can view recent referrals and their subscription details on the Refer & Earn page.

8.5.6. Redeeming Your Rewards

To redeem your referral rewards to your bank account:

  • Check Eligibility: Ensure your available balance has reached the minimum withdrawal threshold (₹1,000). The "Redeem" button will be enabled when you meet this requirement.
  • Add Bank Account: If you haven't already, add a bank account in Settings > Bank Accounts. You need at least one verified bank account to redeem rewards.
  • Click Redeem: Click the "Redeem" button next to your available balance.
  • Select Bank Account: A modal will open showing all your verified bank accounts. Select the bank account where you want to receive the rewards.
  • Confirm Redemption: Click "Redeem Now" to confirm. The system will process your redemption request.
  • Success Confirmation: After successful redemption, a success modal will appear showing:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date and time of redemption
    • Selected bank account details
    • Amount redeemed
    • Option to download receipt
  • Transfer Timeline: The amount will be transferred to your selected bank account within 24-48 hours.
  • Balance Update: Your available balance will be updated after successful redemption, and you can continue earning more rewards.

Note: You can only redeem when your available balance meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold. If you don't have any bank accounts added, you must add and verify at least one bank account before you can redeem rewards.

8.6. Subscription Management

8.6.1. Accessing Subscription Management

To access your subscription settings:

  • Navigate to Settings: Click on Settings from your dashboard sidebar.
  • Open My Subscription: Click on My Subscription from the settings menu.
  • View Subscription Details: You will see your current subscription plan, status, expiry date, and management options.

8.6.2. Viewing Your Current Subscription

The subscription page displays:

  • Current Plan Information:
    • Plan name (e.g., "Yearly Plan", "Lifetime Plan")
    • Plan price and currency
    • Activation date
    • Expiry date (for time-limited plans) or "Never" for lifetime plans
    • Subscription status (Active, Expired, etc.)
  • Plan Status Badge: A colored badge indicating your subscription status:
    • Green badge: Active plan
    • Red badge: Expired plan
    • Yellow badge: Other statuses
  • Action Buttons: Based on your plan status, you may see:
    • "Renew Now" button (for expiring or expired non-lifetime plans)
    • "Upgrade to Lifetime Access" button (for non-lifetime plans)
    • "You already have a lifetime plan" message (for lifetime subscribers)

8.6.3. Purchasing a Subscription (New Users)

If you don't have an active subscription, follow these steps:

  • Subscription Modal: After completing email verification during signup, a subscription modal will automatically appear. Alternatively, you can access it from the dashboard if prompted.
  • View Available Plans: The modal displays all available subscription plans with:
    • Plan name and description
    • Plan price in ₹ (Indian Rupees)
    • Duration (e.g., "1 Year", "Lifetime")
    • Plan features
  • Select a Plan: Click on a plan to select it. The lifetime plan is selected by default. Selected plans are highlighted with a checkmark.
  • Enter Promo Code (Optional):
    • Enter your referral code or promo code in the promo code field
    • Click "Validate" to verify and apply the code
    • If valid, you'll see "Referral code applied!" and the final amount will be updated
    • If invalid, you'll see "Invalid promo code!"
  • Review Final Amount: Check the final amount displayed on the "Unlock Paymorz" button (after any promo code discount).
  • Click "Unlock Paymorz": Click the button to proceed with payment. The button text will show "Proceeding with Payment..." while processing.
  • Razorpay Payment Gateway: A Razorpay payment modal will open with:
    • Payment amount
    • Plan details
    • Payment method options (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
  • Complete Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment:
    • UPI: Enter your UPI ID or scan QR code
    • Card: Enter card details (number, expiry, CVV)
    • Net Banking: Select your bank and complete authentication
  • Payment Verification: After successful payment, you'll see "Verifying Payment..." message while the system verifies your payment.
  • Subscription Activation: Once payment is verified:
    • Your subscription will be activated
    • You'll be redirected to the KYC verification page (if KYC is incomplete)
    • Or redirected to the dashboard (if KYC is already complete)

8.6.4. Renewing Your Subscription

To renew an expiring or expired subscription:

  • Access Renewal: Click the "Renew Now" button on the subscription page.
  • Renewal Confirmation Modal: A confirmation modal will appear showing:
    • Plan name you're renewing
    • Renewal duration
    • Renewal amount
  • Confirm Renewal: Click the "Renew [Plan Name] Plan" button showing the renewal amount.
  • Payment Processing: The system will create a renewal order and open the Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Complete Payment: Follow the same payment process as described in section 8.6.3 (steps 7-9).
  • Renewal Activation: After successful payment verification, your subscription will be renewed and the expiry date will be extended.

8.6.5. Upgrading to Lifetime Plan

To upgrade from a time-limited plan to a lifetime plan:

  • Access Upgrade: Click the "Upgrade to Lifetime Access - ₹4,999" button on the subscription page.
  • Upgrade Confirmation Modal: A confirmation modal will appear with:
    • Upgrade information
    • Lifetime plan benefits
    • Upgrade amount (₹4,999)
  • Confirm Upgrade: Click the "Upgrade to Lifetime Access – ₹4,999" button.
  • Alternative Option: If you prefer to renew your current plan instead, click "Renew Current Plan" to switch to renewal mode.
  • Payment Processing: The system will create an upgrade order and open the Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Complete Payment: Follow the same payment process as described in section 8.6.3 (steps 7-9).
  • Upgrade Activation: After successful payment verification:
    • Your subscription will be upgraded to lifetime
    • You'll have access to all premium features permanently
    • No future renewals will be required

8.6.6. Viewing Subscription History

To view your subscription history:

  • Click History Link: Click "View Subscription History" link on the subscription page.
  • History Modal: A modal will open displaying:
    • All past subscription purchases
    • Renewal transactions
    • Activation dates
    • Expiry dates (for time-limited plans)
    • Amount paid for each subscription
    • Subscription status for each entry
  • Close Modal: Click outside the modal or the close button to return to the subscription page.

8.6.7. Subscription Features

All subscription plans include access to:

  • Create, send & track invoices anytime
  • Manage and pay vendors in one place
  • Track and analyze all your transactions
  • High-level Security & fraud protection
  • Lifetime Updates with no extra cost (for lifetime plans)

Note: Subscription purchase is mandatory for new users during signup. You cannot access the dashboard or other features without an active subscription. If you already have an active subscription and try to purchase again, the system will detect this and prevent duplicate purchases.

  • OTP Verification: Complete the OTP verification process sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Ready to Use: Once your account is verified, it's ready for use on the mobile app with full access to all features.

  • Enable Notifications: Go to Settings > Notifications in the app to enable alerts and choose your notification preferences.

To view your transaction history on mobile:

  • Access History: Go to the Transaction tab in the mobile app to access your transaction history.

  • Check All Fields: Ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly before proceeding, including recipient details, line items, invoice title, and service selection.

  • Use Preview: Always review the complete invoice details in Step 3 before sending it to catch any errors or formatting issues.
