These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern your purchase and use of subscription plans offered by QUANTUMCONA LLP (LLPIN: ACE-8779), operating under the brand name Paymorz™ (collectively, "Paymorz," "we," "us," or "our"), through the Paymorz™ mobile application available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other distribution platform, as well as through the Paymorz™ website at https://www.paymorz.com (collectively, the "Platform"). By subscribing to any Paymorz™ plan, you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.
These Subscription Terms supplement and form part of the Paymorz™ Terms and Conditions available at https://paymorz.com/terms-and-conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the general Terms and Conditions with respect to subscriptions, these Subscription Terms shall prevail.
Paymorz™ is a business-to-business and business-to-individual vendor management, invoicing, and payment facilitation platform. Paymorz™ enables users to send and receive invoices, pay vendors, track income and expenses, and manage finances – all from a single application.
To access premium features of the Paymorz™ platform, users may purchase subscription plans through the following channels:
The billing, cancellation, and refund processes vary depending on the channel through which you purchased your subscription. Platform-specific terms are outlined in the relevant sections below.
The Free Plan is available at no cost and includes the following:
No subscription purchase or payment method is required to use the Free Plan. Paymorz™ reserves the right to modify the features and limits of the Free Plan at any time.
The Pro Plan is a premium subscription that unlocks the full capabilities of the Paymorz™ platform, including:

The specific pricing associated with each billing option is displayed within the Paymorz™ application or on the Paymorz™ website at the time of purchase. Paymorz™ reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue plan tiers, features, and pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in accordance with the applicable platform's policies and applicable law.
Plans and features are subject to change. Paymorz™ reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features included in any plan (Free Plan or Pro Plan) at any time, with or without prior notice. The availability, scope, and functionality of features may vary based on platform, region, or regulatory requirements.
The terms in Sections 4, 5, and 6 of these Subscription Terms relating to auto-renewal, renewal billing, and cancellation of auto-renewal apply only to the Monthly Plan and Annual Plan and do not apply to the Lifetime Plan.
(a) Nature of Purchase. The Lifetime Plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It is not an auto-renewable subscription. Once purchased, no further charges will be made for the Lifetime Plan.
(b) Promotional & Limited Availability. The Lifetime Plan is offered as a promotional offer for a limited period and is available to a limited number of users only. Paymorz™ reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw the Lifetime Plan at any time without prior notice. Once the promotional period ends or the allocated slots are exhausted, the Lifetime Plan will no longer be available for purchase.
(c) Scope of Access. The Lifetime Plan grants access to Pro features of the Paymorz™ platform for the lifetime of the application. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Paymorz™ application and does not guarantee perpetual availability of the application or its features. Paymorz™ reserves the right to discontinue the application or modify its features in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
(d) No Recurring Billing. The Lifetime Plan does not auto-renew and is not subject to the auto-renewal, cancellation, or renewal billing terms set out in Sections 5, 6, and 7 of these Subscription Terms.
(e) Refunds.
(f) Transferability.
Paymorz™ may, at its discretion, offer a free trial period for one or more Pro Plan subscription options (Monthly or Annual). The following terms apply to any free trial:
(a) Auto-Conversion. At the expiration of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate for the selected plan, unless you cancel before the free trial ends.
(b) Cancellation During Trial.
Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in your account being charged at the applicable subscription rate.
(c) Forfeiture of Unused Trial. If you purchase a subscription before the free trial period expires, the unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited immediately upon purchase.
(d) One Trial Per Account. Free trial eligibility is limited to one free trial per Apple ID, Google account, or Paymorz™ account (as applicable), per subscription plan. The applicable platform determines free trial eligibility, and Paymorz™ may have no control over this determination for App Store or Google Play purchases.
(e) Eligibility. Free trial availability, duration, and terms are subject to change without notice. Paymorz™ reserves the right to modify or withdraw free trial offers at any time.
(a) Charge at Confirmation. Payment for your subscription will be charged upon confirmation of your purchase through the applicable platform.
(b) Additional Charges. In addition to the subscription price, the following charges may apply at the time of checkout:
The total amount payable, inclusive of all applicable charges, will be shown at checkout. By completing the purchase, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including any payment gateway charges and platform convenience charges.
(c) Automatic Renewal. Your Monthly or Annual subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal before the end of the current billing period. You acknowledge and agree that your account will be charged for renewal at the rate of the selected subscription plan (plus any applicable charges as described above), unless you have been notified of a price change in advance.
(d) No Obligation. Paymorz™ subscriptions are voluntary. You are not required to subscribe to use the Free Plan features of the Paymorz™ platform.
(a) All payments for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are charged to your Apple ID account. Paymorz™ does not directly process payments for App Store subscriptions.
(b) Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
(c) You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:

(d) All billing inquiries related to App Store purchases should be directed to Apple.
(a) All payments for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are charged to your Google Play account payment method. Paymorz™ does not directly process payments for Google Play subscriptions.
(b) Your Google Play payment method will be charged for renewal on the renewal date in accordance with Google Play's billing policies.
(c) You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through Google Play:

(d) All billing inquiries related to Google Play purchases should be directed to Google.
(a) Subscriptions purchased directly through the Paymorz™ website or application (outside of the App Store or Google Play) are processed by Paymorz™ or its authorised payment processors.
(b) Payment is charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase.
(c) You may manage your subscription through your Paymorz™ account settings or by contacting support@paymorz.com.
(d) All billing inquiries for direct purchases should be directed to Paymorz™ at support@paymorz.com.
Paymorz™ reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If the price of a subscription plan changes:
(a) You will be notified in advance of any price increase in accordance with the applicable platform's policies and applicable law.
(b) For Apple App Store subscriptions, Apple will notify you of price changes and you may be required to consent to the new price in accordance with Apple's policies.
(c) For Google Play Store subscriptions, Google will notify you of price changes and you may be required to opt in to the new price in accordance with Google Play's policies.
(d) For Paymorz™ Direct subscriptions, Paymorz™ will notify you via email or in-app notification prior to any price increase.
(e) If you do not consent to a price increase (where consent is required), your subscription may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
(f) Continued use of a subscription after a price change takes effect (where prior consent is not required by law) constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

(a) Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your Pro features until the end of the period for which you have already been charged.
(b) After your Pro subscription expires, your account will revert to the Free Plan with its applicable limits.
No refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments will be issued for cancellation of a subscription, downgrade from Pro Plan to Free Plan, or any change in subscription tier. This includes, without limitation, partial billing periods, unused time within a billing period, or any unused features. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees paid are non-refundable upon cancellation or downgrade, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Uninstalling or deleting the Paymorz™ application from your device does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the applicable platform (Apple ID Account Settings, Google Play Subscriptions, or Paymorz™ account settings) as described above to stop future charges.
If you cancel your subscription and later wish to resubscribe, you may do so through the Paymorz™ application on your device. Resubscription is subject to the then-current pricing and terms.
Paymorz™ does not offer refunds for cancellation of subscriptions or downgrade of plans. All subscription fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. However, where a subscription was purchased through a third-party platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the refund policies of that platform may apply as detailed below.
(a) All subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Paymorz™ does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

(a) All subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Paymorz™ does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store.

(a) Paymorz™ does not offer refunds for cancellation or downgrade of subscriptions purchased directly through Paymorz™. All fees paid for direct purchases are final and non-refundable.
(b) In exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate charges or technical errors), you may contact Paymorz™ to report the issue:

Paymorz™ bears no responsibility for refund determinations made by Apple or Google for purchases made through their respective platforms.
(a) Subscription plans, pricing, and features are subject to change at any time. Paymorz™ reserves the right to add, modify, remove, or discontinue any subscription plan, billing option, feature, or functionality at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
(b) Feature availability is not guaranteed. The features included in any plan (Free or Pro) may change over time due to business decisions, regulatory requirements, or technical constraints. Paymorz™ will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to features, but such notification is not a precondition for the change to take effect.
(c) If a change materially reduces the features available under your current plan, Paymorz™ will notify you via the application, email, or other reasonable means.
Paymorz™ reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Subscription Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Subscription Terms:
(a) We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
(b) We may notify you of material changes through the Paymorz™ application, by email, or by other reasonable means.
(c) Your continued use of a Paymorz™ subscription after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms.
(d) If you do not agree to the revised Subscription Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
(a) These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and any rules, regulations, or guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) from time to time.
(b) Paymorz™ operates in partnership with authorised payment gateway providers and complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations governing digital payments, data protection, and consumer rights. In the event that a payment gateway partner discontinues support, changes its terms, or is unable to process transactions, Paymorz™ will notify affected users and may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain payment methods or features as necessary to remain compliant with applicable law.
(c) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Subscription Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, without prejudice to the rights of Apple, Google, or any other platform provider under applicable law and their respective end-user licence agreements.
